• Behavioral Guidelines: Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program.
• Parent and Guardian Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected, and inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Kicks Education Ltd. and its affiliates, directors, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
